"Star" the Clown is our answer to a non-traditional clown. This character doesn't wear the white face make-up and does not have a painted expression on her face that never changes. Little kids (and adults) aren't terrified of her. Rest assured, she can twist balloons, paint faces, and entertain the kids with magic just like any other clown, princess, fairy, pirate...
